Job description

Within Ordina, we work with IT and business consultants who operate in different markets and with different customers. Within HR, we support the business by pursuing a radically human and competitive HR policy. As HR Project Manager, you play a crucial role in realizing our people strategy. Through strong project management and excellent advice, you make the difference to help implement our people strategy and make our organization thrive.

As HR Project Manager

  • You work in very close cooperation with the HR Director and take end-to-end leadership of your assigned HR projects. You deliver these in line with the agreed timeline, scope and budget. In doing so, you look for solutions and actively engage in stakeholder management. These projects will usually be in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Data Driven HR and the system side of HR.
  • You help look for ways to work in a more customer-oriented, data driven and efficient way 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of social and labour law.  
  • You translate collective labour agreements, policies and management decisions relating to HR to all target groups in the organization.

This is you

  • You have at least 8 years' experience in HR, with a thorough knowledge in social and labour law, including several years' experience in a compensation & benefits function.
  • You are proficient in excel and have an interest in digital solutions
  • A proven track record in end-to-end management of HR projects 
  • You have a communicative and pragmatic mindset and know how to connect smoothly with key stakeholders
  • You recognize opportunities in an instant, pass them on to the right stakeholders and stay involved in their development
  • You are flexible and get energy from variety in your tasks
  • You have strong people management skills and ensure that your teams deliver high-performing and committed projects at all times
  • You speak Dutch, French and English
