Are you looking for a role where you lead a team of Account Managers and have commercial end-responsibility for a set of Computacenter customers? Do you stand out with your communication & interpersonal skills while knowing the commercial IT environment inside out?

Who We're Looking For
In this role as Client Director you'll manage a team of approx. 5 Account Managers and work directly with large and strategic enterprise accounts.
This position requires a talented individual who can influence and present to a diverse and senior audience, with an enthusiastic and dynamic attitude and proactive approach.

What You'll do
- Lead and motivate, coach and mentor, inspire and support the sales team to develop and drive behaviour and performance to drive and maximise profits
- Build a good understanding of the customer environment and competitor landscape to determine potential key growth areas;
- Develop commercial strategies to maintain and increase market share and achieve customer & Computacenter business objectives
- Build and expand relationships “high and wide” in customer organisations to expand the partnership
- Measure CRM and forecast accuracy from the team; report forecasts and strategy to Sales Director
- Have regular Business Reviews with the sales team to define and follow-up strategic actions
What You'll Need
Bringing a combination of authentic leadership and commercial flair within the IT knowlegde will get you right in the centre.

- An enthusiastic & can do attitude together with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills to work at all levels with both technical & commercial and internal & external stakeholders.

- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
