Within the Business Domain of Train Driver Operations, specifically focusing on the projects eShunting, eDrive, and eSpeed, SNCB is currently Looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in solution design for the eDrive program, which involves the deployment of mobile device solutions for Train Drivers.

The deliverables of the program encompass mobile applications, a cloud backend hosted on Azure, web interfaces, and seamless integration with existing legacy systems.

Key responsibilities within the Train Driver Operations (TDO) program at SNCB will primarily revolve around .Net Core backend development and Blazor Front End implementation development.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Ability to propose solutions to the lead designer
  • Deep Dive into Business Area: Willingness to understand the business domain and work closely with domain experts
  • Data Analysis: Partial involvement in data analysis, sharing insights with analysts
  • Source Control and Testing: Proficiency in Git and applying unit testing
  • Sense of Responsibility: Taking ownership of tasks and projects
  • Initiative: Proactively introducing new technical solutions or methodologies
  • Adherence to Best Practices: Ability to explain and apply best practices

Profile

  • Blazor: At least 2 years of experience
  • Azure Cloud Development: More than 5 years of experience
  • .NET Core 8
  • Experience with PAAS services such as API manager, service bus, Event Grid
  • Familiarity with Azure storage solutions like Blob Storage and CosmosDB
  • Experience with Azure Functions
  • Proficiency in development within Docker containers
  • Understanding of Dependency Injection
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with SAFe/Scrum methodologies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
  • Team Player: Collaborating effectively within the team
  • Capability to work independently
