Test engineer - Sopra Steria
Our experts thoroughly test our solutions to ensure we’re always on the safest path to positive outcomes and meet the high standards we set ourselves. As a testing expert, you’ll create and execute test plans, both manual and automated, using the latest test management tools. You’ll have an eye for bugs and imperfections, identifying and documenting defects and tracking bugs before they become problematic. We trust our testers to identify the safest, most efficient path to a solution while paying scrupulous attention to details and maintaining their expertise by staying up to date on the latest software development life cycles to ensure software quality and performance.
As a Test Engineer, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our software across departments through testing and quality assurance.
You have the following knowledge and experience:
- You’re a team player with excellent communication skills and a student of emerging industry trends.
- You’ll spend your days designing and executing test plans, developing automated test scripts, and identifying software defects. Should software defects arise, you’re quick to identify and fix them.
- You have analytic and problem-solving abilities
- You are proficient with tools like Selenium, JIRA, and Agile
- Bachelor or master degree in IT or relevant equivalent
Fluent in Dutch/French and English
