Job description:

Life on the team


We are looking for a Senior IT Technology Engineer to support one of our international key accounts. This role is part of the IT & D Operations to manage & resolve daily business requests and incidents to monitor that service levels are maintained through regular reporting. 


For this position you’ll be required to travel on a regular basis within Europe. In Belgium you’ll support multiple client locations Diest – Zaventem – Evere.

 

What you will do
•    Monitoring of Incident queues & execution to technical resolution
•    Monitoring of requests queues & execution to technical resolution
•    Working with the team, identify equipment,  configure, test, troubleshoot and install devices for Projects at the sites required
•    Creation of documentation for knowledge sharing within the team 
•    Identify EOL devices, work with team and business divisions in replacement of devices
•    Incident management 
•    Request management 
•    Project Technical support 
•    Creation of Standard Operating procedures
•    End of Life (EOL) device replacement
•    Support the IT leadership team in daily activities & kaizens for improvements end users in the future in an agile manner

 

What you’ll need

  • Good knowledge of 
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Handheld Terminals
    • Remote connection software (Soti Mobit)
    • Term Proxies
  • Experience with incident management
  • Experience with assets management
  • You have strong co-ordination and communication skills and enjoy working as a team
  • You have excellent planning and organisational skills are a must
  • You can work autonomously and take responsibility for your own area
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

 

Additional Information:
•    Travel within EU is expected on a monthly basis
•    Ability to work within a hybrid mode is possible
