Service Delivery Manager - Expertum

The Job
As Service Delivery manager you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the delivery of different services and solutions to the customer. You will be the link between the different teams (technical and functional consultants, development, infrastructure, sales, etc) and the customer to make sure that their needs are being met. You can understand the business requirements of the customer and challenge the different teams on the proposed solution. During the recurring service reviews and operational meetings with the customer, you will report on the status of various SLAs, requests, and budgets. You will collaborate with the other Service Delivery Manager(s) to elevate our service management to the next level.
What we’re looking for:
- You have at least 2-3 years experience in a Service Delivery role or a similar ITIL minded role (experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, etc…)
- You are a bridge builder, you connect the different teams internally but also with the customer to go for one common goal.
- You are quality driven, have strong communication skills and an out of the box thinker.
- Managing change and priorities is something that comes natural to you.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
- Previous SAP experience and ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
