The Public Sector is a key market within Sopra Steria at Group level and in Belgium. This sector encompasses a robust client portfolio, including the Federal Government (multiple FOD/SPF) and Regional Government. The Public Sector is also a focal point for our Consulting activities, offering substantial growth opportunities as our clients navigate diverse stages of their digital transformation journeys.  

As a Senior Manager being part of the Consulting Business Line at Sopra Steria, you will play a pivotal role further developing the Public Sector. You identify, sell and manage major Consulting assignments. You develop relations with customer decision-makers and managers. You develop people under your responsibility, build and share knowledge and contribute to the development of the Consulting product offerings. Next to that, you take an active role in the Public Sector Community of Practice.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:   

Experience: minimum 8 to 12 years of professional experience in consulting, working with clients in the Public Sector.  

Industry Knowledge: strong understanding of business processes in the Federal and/or Regional Government.

Network: active network in Federal and/or Regional Government to build a solid pipeline of opportunities.   

Digital Transformation: demonstrated experience in selling, leading and managing digital transformation initiatives for clients, combining deep industry knowledge with a strong affinity for digitalization and IT.  

Consulting Mindset: strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting "motherhouse".

Languages: fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
