For this international company you will join the IT support team for Belgium. Together with 3 other colleagues


Job

  • You act as the SPOC (with the team) for all related issues towards hardware, manage +/- 1000 devices
  • You take ownership of the incoming incidents
  • You use an ITIL-based approach

 

Profile

  • You have a first experience 2 - 3 years as a support engineer.
  • You have good knowledge of M365, ServiceNow and hardware (HP, ...)
  • You provide on-site support
  • You are eager to learn, communicative and stress resistant.
  • You have a 'just do-it' mentality, you see work.
  • You are communicative and customer oriented.
  • Languages: English and Dutch
