As Project Manager within our Data & Analytics team, you play an instrumental role in the realization of this vision by managing a number of projects related to the delivery of our data & analytics platforms, data assets and data products.

 

Key responsabilities:

  • Lead project delivery from beginning to end;
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
  • Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Ensure project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
  • Liaise with business and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
  • Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project and execute appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks
  • 5 + years relevant experience with project management
  • Strong affinity with IT and its complexity
  • Experience in delivery of project in the Data & Analytics area

  • Demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset
  • PM² and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred. Prince2, qualifications are an asset; ITIL Certification. A Project Methodology Certification is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of the Azure data stack and SAP and BW4 is a plus
  • Knowledge of train planning, passenger transport, train maintenance, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus
  • Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources.
  • Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences
  • Proficient in Dutch or French, and English.
  • Must have legal authorisation to work in Belgium.
  • Able to work in hybrid work regime: remotely and on site
