As a Process Excellence Manager you play a pivotal role in driving process and operational improvement initiatives within Ypto. As a central figure in the organization, you will provide leadership and direction across multiple departments, leveraging your expertise in process improvement and operational excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies, elevating customer service standards, and optimizing costs. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will spearhead the creation and execution of impactful process improvement strategies, thereby contributing significantly to the organization's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
  • Lead process improvement projects and initiatives, encompassing mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes
  • Utilize a variety of process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
  • Identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies through documentation and implementation of appropriate solutions
  • Develop metrics and reporting to monitor process performance and measure the impact of process changes
  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor process performance and assess the impact of process enhancements
  • Establish and uphold process standards and best practices
  • Provide training and coaching to business teams on process excellence principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Support and mentor process improvement teams to ensure the achievement of process-related objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify potential areas for process enhancement
  • Cultivate a culture of process excellence by effectively communicating process improvement initiatives, progress, and outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Management
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, process optimization, or related roles
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable value
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient project management capabilities
