  • As Go To Market Manager Europe, you will take a central role in creating a European marketing strategy, enabling collaboration between product marketing managers and local marketing teams and determining on “Where to play?” and “How to win?”.   
  • You will focus on driving cross-sell opportunities, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy across Europe. You provide insights on market trends, competitors, threats and growth opportunities.   
  • Your leadership will be instrumental in connecting teams, implementing marketing processes, and unlocking growth potential at existing and new customers.     
  • Key focus points in this position:     
    • You are hyperfocused on marketing & go-to-market strategies for new and existing products & services.   
    • Monitor and report on the progress and results of go-to-market initiatives. Help, coach and support our regional teams to achieve our growth ambition.   
    • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive our growth goals and act as a key connector between the product marketing team and regional marketing teams to build a strong community and collaboration in the team.     
    • Stream lead for different Marketing improvement and alignment projects.  

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in go-to-market / marketing strategy, preferably within the IT solutions industry.  
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Marketing community building with proven success in a matrix organizational structure, bridging global and local functions.  
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to implement processes and enforce adherence where necessary.  
  • Expertise in gathering market intelligence and making data driven decisions.   
  • Experience in driving cross-functional alignment and enhancing operational efficiency.  
  • A master’s degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally as in written.
